Job Overview:

We seek a Marketing and Graphics Associate to support our company’s marketing department’s primary and administrative duties. The Marketing and Graphics Associate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing content, focusing on maximizing marketing ROI.

This is a remote, independent, long-term, full-time position. Must be able to work during hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Manage social media platforms, generating and posting engaging content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Participate in and support the planning and implementation of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to ensure their success.
• Produce marketing literature (e.g., brochures and press releases) to expand the company’s market presence.
• Assist in maintaining and updating website materials and tools.
• Support marketing executives in organizing a variety of projects.
• Aid in the creation and delivery of promotional content and presentation materials.

Additional Skills/Preferences 

• Minimum 5 years in Marketing.
• Proven experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Copywriting and Social Media Management.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques and databases.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, team player, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, MS Office
• Corporate experience preferred.

This role provides the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conveniently work from your home. You’ll follow a standard work schedule from Monday through Friday, with weekends off. A typical workday spans 8 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Your shift starts between 8 AM and 9 AM EST and ends between 4:30 PM EST.

We recognize the importance of celebrating with your friends and family during national and cultural holidays. Therefore, we will observe 10 standard holidays and 2 cultural holidays based on your preference. Below is a list of holidays along with tentative dates.

You are eligible to receive 12 days of paid time off (PTO) per year. The first half of your PTO, totaling 6 days, will be available after the 3rd month, with the remaining half available after the 6th month. Additionally, you will receive 1 additional day off during your birth month. Your PTO balance will be replenished on your work anniversary.

13^th Month Pay

By December and upon completing your probationary period, you are eligible to receive your 13th month pay. The 13th month’s pay will be pro-rated from your employment start date.
