Recombinant human CD28 monoclonal antibody (mAb) is produced in CHO cells to deliver high purity and reliable biological activity. Supplied in a tag-free format, this antibody maintains the native sequence, making it highly suitable for T-cell activation and immunological research.
CD28 is a key costimulatory receptor expressed on T cells that works in synergy with CD3 to enhance T-cell activation, proliferation, and survival. Engagement of CD28 provides the secondary signal required for full T-cell activation, making it an essential tool in immune cell functional studies and immunotherapy development.
