CytoGrow™ Recombinant IL-3 (Human), E. coli, Tag Free
Recombinant human interleukin-3 (IL-3) is produced in E. coli in a tag-free format, ensuring high purity and strong biological activity. IL-3 is a hematopoietic growth factor that regulates the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of multipotent progenitor cells.
Secreted mainly by activated T cells, IL-3 supports the growth of diverse blood cell lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, mast cells, and megakaryocytes. It acts synergistically with other cytokines to promote hematopoiesis and immune system development. Recombinant human IL-3 is widely used in stem cell biology, immunology, and hematology research.
