CytoGrow™ Recombinant IL-3 (Human), CHO, Tag Free
Recombinant human interleukin-3 (IL-3) is produced in CHO cells in a tag-free format, ensuring proper folding, glycosylation, and native biological activity. IL-3 is a multifunctional cytokine that regulates the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of hematopoietic progenitor cells.
Primarily secreted by activated T cells, IL-3 supports the growth of various blood cell lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, and mast cells. It acts synergistically with other cytokines and growth factors, playing a key role in hematopoiesis and immune system development. Recombinant human IL-3 is widely used in stem cell research, hematology, immunology, and cell-based assays.
