Recombinant Wnt-3a (Human), CHO, hFC Tag is a secreted glycoprotein produced in CHO cells to ensure proper folding and human-like post-translational modifications. This protein is fused with a human Fc (hFC) tag to enhance stability, solubility, and facilitate purification and detection, while maintaining strong bioactivity.
Wnt-3a is a critical signaling molecule involved in the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway, regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and stem cell maintenance. It is widely used in developmental biology, stem cell research, cancer studies, and tissue regeneration investigations.
