Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Research Assistant to join our growing team. The primary purpose of the Research Assistant is to provide technical assistance in the performance of the biomaterial and cell culture laboratory. The position will be experimented under the guidance of the principal investigator. The person selected for this position is expected to generate timely interpretations of data and prepare reports and documents.
Qualifications:
- BS, MS, PhD in Cell Biology or related field with relevant experience.
- Experience in cell culture, image analysis, and other downstream analysis is crucial.
- Proficiency in hydrogel material, 3D cell culture, and organoid is a plus.
- Good computer, oral communication, and written skills, including research report, word-processing, and presentation, are expected.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Highly motivated individual capable of working productively in a startup team environment.
- Ability to compose effective and efficient reports and correspondence
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good knowledge of cell culture with multiple cell types
- Good lab skills with a microscope, fluorescence microscope, live/dead assay and cell proliferation/viability assay
- Good research data organization and report preparation

Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The candidate will be passionate about biotechnology, driven to meet and exceed sales goals, and capable of building long-lasting relationships with customers in the life sciences and biotech sectors. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to TheWell Bioscience’s continued success by promoting and selling our VitroGel® hydrogel and related products, which will change the landscape of 3D cell cultures and personalized medicine by bringing the applications from research labs to patients. The position will be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences and biotechnology industries
- Build and maintain strong in-person relationships with existing customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their research needs
- Educate customers on the benefits and applications of TheWell Bioscience’s product lines, including hydrogel-based solutions for 3D cell culture and bioprinting
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product advancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or higher preferred) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- Proven sales experience in the biotechnology or life sciences sectors
- Strong understanding of cell culture, tissue engineering, or drug discovery processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel as required
