CytoGrow™ Recombinant BMP-7 (Human), CHO, Tag Free

Recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 7 (BMP-7) is produced in CHO cells in a tag-free format, ensuring native folding, appropriate glycosylation, and high biological activity. BMP-7 is a member of the TGF-β superfamily and plays a crucial role in bone and cartilage development, organogenesis, and tissue homeostasis.
Primarily expressed in the kidney and skeletal system, BMP-7 induces osteoblast differentiation, promotes cartilage repair, and regulates renal morphogenesis. It also exhibits anti-fibrotic and neuroprotective properties. Dysregulation of BMP-7 signaling is implicated in bone disorders, fibrosis, kidney disease, and cancer. Recombinant human BMP-7 is widely used in skeletal biology, regenerative medicine, nephrology research, and therapeutic development.
