CytoGrow™ Recombinant FGF-10/KGF2 (Human), CHO, Tag Free
Recombinant human Fibroblast Growth Factor 10 (FGF-10), also known as Keratinocyte Growth Factor 2 (KGF2), is produced in CHO cells to ensure correct folding, glycosylation, and robust biological activity. Supplied in a tag-free format, this protein retains its native sequence, making it highly suitable for epithelial biology, organoid culture, and regenerative medicine research.
FGF-10/KGF2 is a potent mitogen that acts primarily through FGFR2b, promoting proliferation, migration, and survival of epithelial cells. It plays critical roles in embryonic development, especially in branching morphogenesis of lung, salivary gland, and other epithelial tissues. In research, FGF-10 is widely applied in stem cell differentiation, tissue engineering, and epithelial regeneration models.
