CytoGrow™ Recombinant FGF-7/KGF (Human), CHO, Tag Free
Recombinant human Fibroblast Growth Factor 7 (FGF-7), also known as Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF), is produced in CHO cells to ensure proper folding, glycosylation, and strong biological activity. Supplied in a tag-free format, this protein retains its native sequence, making it highly suitable for epithelial biology and regenerative medicine research.
FGF-7/KGF is a potent epithelial cell–specific mitogen that acts primarily through FGFR2b. It plays essential roles in keratinocyte proliferation, epithelial repair, wound healing, and tissue regeneration. It is widely applied in skin biology, organoid systems, and therapeutic development for epithelial tissue protection.
