CytoGrow™ Recombinant IL-10 (Human), CHO, Tag Free
Recombinant human interleukin-10 (IL-10) is produced in CHO cells in a tag-free format, ensuring proper folding, glycosylation, and high biological activity. IL-10 is a potent anti-inflammatory cytokine that plays a central role in immune regulation and maintaining tissue homeostasis.
In humans, IL-10 is primarily secreted by monocytes, T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells. It functions to suppress the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, regulate antigen presentation, and promote the survival and differentiation of regulatory T cells. Through its immunosuppressive actions, IL-10 is critical in preventing excessive immune responses and protecting tissues from damage during inflammation and infection. Recombinant IL-10 is widely used in research focused on immunology, inflammation, autoimmune disorders, and therapeutic development.
