CytoGrow™ Recombinant IL-2 (Human), CHO, Tag Free

Recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2) is produced in CHO cells in a tag-free format, ensuring proper folding, glycosylation, and native-like biological activity. IL-2 is a critical cytokine for immune system regulation, best known for its role in T cell growth, survival, and differentiation.
IL-2 is secreted primarily by activated CD4⁺ T cells and functions as a key mediator of immune responses by stimulating the proliferation of T lymphocytes, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. It is also essential for maintaining immune tolerance through the support of regulatory T cell (Treg) development. Recombinant human IL-2 is widely used in immunology research, cancer immunotherapy studies, autoimmune disease models, and cell culture applications.
