Recombinant human Long R3 Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 (LR3 IGF-1) produced in CHO cells, tag free. LR3 IGF-1 is a modified analog of human IGF-1 with a 13-amino acid extension at the N-terminus and a substitution of Arg at position 3, which significantly reduces its affinity for IGF-binding proteins. This results in enhanced biological activity compared to native IGF-1. LR3 IGF-1 promotes cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival, and is widely used as a potent supplement in cell culture systems, tissue engineering, and metabolic research applications.
