CytoGrow™ Recombinant M-CSF (Mouse), CHO, Tag Free
Recombinant mouse macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF), also known as CSF-1, is expressed in CHO cells to provide proper folding, glycosylation, and full biological activity. Produced in a tag-free format, this cytokine maintains its native structure, making it highly suitable for in vivo and in vitro murine research applications.
M-CSF is an essential hematopoietic growth factor that regulates the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of monocytes and macrophages. It also plays a pivotal role in osteoclast development, tissue homeostasis, and immune regulation. Recombinant mouse M-CSF is widely used in studies of macrophage biology, osteoclastogenesis, inflammation, and preclinical therapeutic development.
