RocketCell™ Intestinal Organoid Xeno-Free Growth Kit is a ready-to-use, chemically defined solution engineered to support every stage of human intestinal organoid workflows — from initial seeding and organoid formation through maturation and downstream applications.
The kit pairs a tunable, xeno-free hydrogel matrix (VitroGel® ORGANOID-5) with three purpose-formulated RocketCell™ IO XF media (IO XF 1, IO XF 2, IO XF 3) that guide cells through establishment, expansion, and differentiation. The result is consistent organoid morphology, improved reproducibility across batches, and elimination of animal-derived components for translational studies and regulatory-sensitive applications.
