CytoGrow™ Recombinant TPO (Human), CHO, Tag Free
Recombinant human Thrombopoietin (TPO) is expressed in CHO cells to ensure proper folding and authentic mammalian post-translational modifications. This tag-free protein retains the native structure and high bioactivity of human TPO, making it suitable for diverse applications in hematology and stem cell research.
TPO is a critical growth factor that regulates the production and differentiation of megakaryocytes and platelets. It binds to the c-Mpl receptor to stimulate platelet formation and maintain hematopoietic stem cell populations. Recombinant human TPO is widely used in studies of thrombopoiesis, bone marrow biology, and therapeutic development for platelet-related disorders.
