Who is eligibile for the program?
- Biotech companies and research laboratories within 12 months of launching a new facility or securing new funding.
- Any lab that is new to 3D cell culture, or transitioning to an animal origin-free / xeno-free workflow.
- One enrollment per organization or lab. All applications reviewed and approved by TheWell Bioscience.
- Available in USA, Canada, and Europe.
- Open to Biotech, Industries, Academe, Government, and or Non-Profit.
How long do the program benefit lasts?
Approved participants receive Launch Program benefits for six months. The program uses a 3 + 3 structure: enhanced launch benefits during months 1–3 followed by growth-stage benefits during months 4–6.
Which products are covered by the program?
All catalog products across the platform — VitroGel®, RocketCell™, CytoGrow™, VitroPrime™, VitroGel® Cell Recovery, and Cyto3D® — plus discounted access to customized formulation and 3D services. Customized, bulk, and third-party/instrument items may be quoted separately.

Does the program include technical support?
Yes. Participants receive standard technical support plus complimentary 3D scientific consultation during the introductory period to help select, establish and optimize the workflow.
Can TheWell Bioscience help us build our first 3D models?
Yes. Our scientists can help define the workflow and recommend the appropriate products and conditions. When hands-on experimental work is required, eligible participants receive preferred pricing on qualifying 3D model development and optimization services.

Are customized formulations and 3D services available?
Yes. Customized formulations and eligible 3D services are available to program members with preferred program pricing or project-specific quotations.
Can the program be combined with other discounts?
Program pricing generally cannot be combined with other promotions, contract pricing or special offers unless approved by TheWell Bioscience.
